Notice of Regional Firewall Upgrade at the National Supercomputing Center in Jinan

Dear Users:
To improve the reliability of the supercomputing platform's regional firewall and resolve known issues, our center plans to upgrade the firewalls for the HPC, AI, and security management zones on February 6, 2026. During the upgrade, users logging into the HPC platform via VPN or the internet may experience brief disconnections. Internal services on the supercomputing platform will not be affected.

2. Precautions
- During the regional firewall upgrade, the VPN system and remote access to HPC and AI services may experience brief disconnections. Only user login sessions are affected. Submitted jobs, compilations, and other running programs are not affected.
