Intel environment variable loading

This cluster has Intel compilers versions 2015-2020, as well as Intel oneAPI compilers versions 2021-2024 installed

Environment variables are split into 'intel' and 'intelmpi' (where 'intel' includes the MKL environment). Unless otherwise specified, both must be loaded simultaneously, for example:

module load intel/2022 intelmpi/2022

The purpose of splitting is that sometimes only Intel components are needed
